How the license works
- The trial starts the first time the app runs. It needs an internet connection once, and no account or payment card.
- A license runs for one year. It does not renew by itself; you renew when you want to. After the end date you have 7 days to renew. Then the app stops connecting to databases until you renew.
- One license is for one named user, on up to 3 computers at the same time. You can move it to another computer from the app.
- The app checks the license online from time to time and keeps working up to 30 days without a connection. For a computer that is never online, ask us for an offline license file; it is valid for up to 180 days.
- We do not refund a license when you change your mind, because you can try every feature for 7 days first. Consumers keep their legal rights; see the withdrawal page.
